Production
Our company specializes in producing self-adhesive label stock and release liners, and we possess a wide range of capabilities in our production process. Our machinery includes three silicone coaters, three water-based adhesive laminators, and two hot-melt adhesive laminators. These machines are highly productive, with an overall capacity of over 2 million linear meters, 1.5 million square meters, and 75,000 square meters, respectively . Additionally, we have four sheeters and five slitting machines, as well as the ability to process 60-inch reels. With a monthly self-adhesive label stock capacity exceeding 55 million square meters, we are well-equipped to efficiently fulfill the labeling requirements of our clients.
Quality
Ensuring quality is our top priority, and we uphold the FINAT standard for all our products. Our label stock and release liners undergo rigorous testing using industry-standard equipment such as ChemInstruments’ loop tack tester and adhesion/release tester, COBB tester for absorption tests, weighing scales for gsm, and micron thickness tester. In addition to these, we have further testing capabilities to reinforce the quality of our products. With these capabilities, we assure our clients of consistent and reliable performance of our label stock and release liners.
